Do B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® organize private events?

Yes, we do, we can organize any type of sport events based on our clients´ needs.

How do I know what my rider level is?

While “Rider Levels” may not be an exact science, we’ve crafted a straightforward guide to assist you in identifying the most suitable option based on your current ability and fitness level. Where can I enroll for an experience?

You can find all our available experiences in the “EVENTS” section, each one with a link to the registration, waiver of liability, terms and conditions acknowledge and payment check-out

What is the payment method?

To facilitate your registration and payment process, you´ll be able to pay online through a safe website with your debit or credit card. Ask your bank on the deferred payment options they offer. You can also pay through paypal, bank transfer or deposit in a convenience stores.

What can I do if the experience dates do not match with my availability to attend?

Please email info@b2bxp.bike to offer you other experience options or we can even propose you a customized experience for you.

Do B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ®provide insurance? Do I need extra coverage?

We encourage all participants to ensure they have medical insurance coverage when traveling. You’ll be required to sign a waiver of liability before departing on your tour.

What happens if I don't complete the distance in one of the stages?

This event is all about creating a great experience for you, so there is no need to complete the hall distance. You can always jump in one of the follow vehicles. Consider that you´ll have to wait in the vehicle the rest of the distance you didn’t complete, since it will be looking after the rest of the athletes.

Are the events for men and women?

Yes, women and men well trained to complete a 240 km distance are welcome in this ride.

Can I bring a friend to the experience?

For security and logistics measures, NO other person outside the program is allowed to participate at any point of the route. It is considered a penalty and you can be dismissed from the event.

What should I bring to the ride?
Bicycle with service and in perfect condition
Participant number
Helmet, gloves, shoes, glasses
Front and rear light on your bike
Supply according to your requirements and personal tastes packed in the plastic bag included in your welcome pack with your participant number
Water bottles
Identification
Change of cycling kit if required
Consider if you require windbreakers, sleeves, cycling cap, etc … (optional)

What happens if the weather is bad?

While most tours will go ahead “rain or shine,” B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® has discretion to cancel a ride if weather conditions may create safety concerns or otherwise affect the planned route.

What are registration requirements?
  • Acknowledge and sign the waiver and participant´s general information format
  • Book your experience with 50% advance payment
  • Pay the total registration fee two weeks before the event
What is the sweeper?

The vehicle provided by the organization to guarantee the safety of cyclists once they do not comply with the time limits or any of the rules established by the organization the participant must jump in the vehicle, we will have sweepers for both passengers and bicycles.

How Does the Sweeper Work?

Prior to the experience, the organization will communicate the time limits, as well as the minimum speeds allowed, the sweepers start the route behind the last participant rolling at the minimum speed allowed, all cyclists and without exception when they are reached by the sweepers, must climb to the sweeper to be transferred to the next refueling point or to the finish line, all participants are aware of said time limits by signing the waiver and picking up their participant kit; For no reason will access to vehicles outside the organization be allowed.

If at some point I get in the sweeper, can I get off again and continue riding?

You can only re – join the group at the feed stations stops

What if I have a flat tire?

We ask you to go to the side and wait for the backup car with the mechanic. In case you do not have spare parts with you, you can purchase them directly from the mechanic who assists you.

Does mechanical assistance include spare parts?

No, please note that in the event of a mechanical failure, the spare parts will be charged separately directly with the mechanic who assists you.

Can I bring my own support vehicle?

Definitely not. We will have cars available where participants can get on if necessary and we will also have another vehicle available for bicycles.

Can I bring personal supplies?

Yes, personal supply is optional and you can take it in the catering vehicle as long as it fits inside the plastic bag that comes in your welcome kit. You will have access to it at each of the fixed supply points on the route.

Can I bring luggage?

No, each participant must arrange the transportation of their personal belongings on their own.

Are the 240 km completed in one day?

Yes, the estimated time to finish the ride is 8 hours (depending on the peloton) without counting the stops at the feed stations.

What is the estimated average speed of the ride?

It is estimated that the squad could be divided into two groups. The leading group will be running at an average speed of 30 km/h and the second group at a speed of 28 km/h. Both groups will be led by a course marshal.

Where is the place of departure and arrival?

The place of departure and arrival is in a place known as “La Vela” which is located 500 meters from the main church on the boardwalk. (Location)

Is there parking at the starting point?

Yes, however, we recommend carpooling to get to the starting point. B2B ʏʟɪɴɢ x® is not responsible for any damage or theft of the vehicle.

What recommendations do you have for lodging?

Suites Costa Dorada, have special prices for participants in the 300km experience. Those interested will have to speak directly with the hotel to ask about prices and book.

Can I bring luggage?

Yes, each participant can carry only one small suitcase that will be delivered on the day of the event in the morning during registration. Participants will not be able to have access to their luggage during the entire tour, only until they reach the Hotel Suites Costa Dorada where we will finish the 300K experience.

Will there be transportation to return to Guadalajara?

Yes, transportation from Bucerías to Guadalajara is included in your registration. Transportation is only valid for the participant with a bicycle and a small suitcase. Transportation is shared and the departure will be one day after the experience and the schedule will be notified at the prior information meeting. The place of arrival in Guadalajara will be the Bike City store in Rafel Sanzio.

Can I return from Bucerías to Guadalajara on my own?

Yes, participants are not obliged to return in the transport included in their registration, however, it is mandatory to confirm their return two weeks in advance to the organizing committee

Yes, the estimated time to finish the ride is 7 hours (depending on the peloton) without counting the stops at the feed stations.

The departure and arrival point is in the center of Tequila, right next to the municipal presidency. (Location)

Is there parking at the starting point?

Yes, is a public parking. close to the starting point. B2B ʏʟɪɴɢ x® is not responsible for any damage or theft of the vehicle.

Will there be transportation to and from Guadalajara -Tequila?

Transportation Guadalajara – Tequila round trip is not included in the registration price, the return will have to be organized by each participant. We recommend carpooling or considering renting a private van with the Roam company among all interested parties and dividing the costs.
