B2B Rides | Reserva de los Encinos

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Mandatory requirements

• Register in Reserva de los Encinos before the day of the event.
• Wear a helmet throughout the tour.
• Bring tail lights (red).
• Bring Identification.

Provisioning
Each one is responsible for their supply, however B2B will have:

• Portables
• Isotonic drink
• Water
• Coke
• Ice

Safety

• A follow vehicle will be provided to take care of the group and act solely as support. It’s important to remember that this vehicle is not a sweeper and won’t be waiting for those who fall behind the main group.
• If you choose to bring your own personal vehicle, you must strictly follow the instructions of the staff. This will ensure greater control over traffic flow and prevent any unnecessary congestion on the road, which could put cyclists at risk.

• Times are approximate and based on an average speed of 30 km/hr. It’s important to note that actual ride times may vary depending on conditions such as terrain, weather, and the group’s pace.
• Ride Time Limit in Reserva de los Encinos: For safety reasons, rides have a designated time limit. To ensure everyone’s safety, please be flexible and follow the instructions of the staff throughout the ride.
