To facilitate your registration and payment process, you´ll be able to pay online through a safe website with your debit or credit card. Ask your bank on the deferred payment options they offer. You can also pay through paypal or bank transfer.

Insurance is not included. We encourage all participants to ensure they have medical insurance coverage when traveling. You’ll be required to sign a waiver of liability before departing on your tour.

This event is all about creating a great experience for you, so there is no need to complete the hall distance. You can always jump in one of the follow vehicles. Consider that you´ll have to wait in the vehicle the rest of the distance you didn’t complete, since it will be looking after the rest of the athletes.
Yes, it’s possible! We can modify the route distance as long as our staff has the availability on the day of your ride. Just let us know your requirements.

While most tours will go ahead “rain or shine,” B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® has discretion to cancel a ride if weather conditions may create safety concerns or otherwise affect the planned route.

For safety reasons and to ensure our staff can effectively manage the ride and provide support to all cyclists, non-cyclists are not permitted to ride in the support vehicle.
We ask you to go to the side and wait for the backup car with the mechanic. In case you do not have spare parts with you, you can purchase them directly from the mechanic who assists you.
No, please note that in the event of a mechanical failure, the spare parts will be charged separately directly with the mechanic who assists you.
Definitely not. We will have cars available where participants can get on if necessary and we will also have another vehicle available for bicycles.
Yes, personal supply is optional, you can take a small bag, backpack or cooler in the catering vehicle
Yes. Companions pay a separate fee, which covers the services they receive during the experience (e.g., meals, transfers, accommodation, etc.).
