More than a ride — it’s a journey through Mexico’s soul.
From October 30th to November 3rd, experience one of the most meaningful and beautiful times of the year in Mexico: Día de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead.

Rooted in ancient indigenous traditions that honor the cycle of life and death, this celebration blends pre-Hispanic rituals with Spanish heritage, creating a unique cultural expression recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Over five unforgettable days, we’ll ride through the Tequila region, where vibrant colors, marigold petals, and candlelight transform every town into a living work of art. On November 2nd, the Day of the Dead itself, we’ll enjoy a special cycling route that combines nature, culture, and reflection — followed by guided visits to Tequila and Etzatlán, where local families open their doors to share altars, offerings, and stories that celebrate life through remembrance.

We’ll close the experience with an exclusive Día de los Muertos dinner, filled with symbolism, flavors, and emotion — a tribute to Mexico’s deepest tradition and to the riders who journeyed through it.

Día de los Muertos — Ride through tradition, color, and the eternal spirit of Mexico.

Night falls and marigolds draw a path of light. By candle glow and papel picado, we gather at a long table to honor those who ride with us in memory. Live music leans into quiet boleros; the soft clink of glasses toasts life, the road shared, and the gentle return of our loved ones.

A seasonal menu arrives in measured cadence—warm, fragrant, unmistakably Mexican—paired with selected Mexican wines and a curated range of origin tequilas. There is a brief silence, a few words of gratitude, and one last peloton photo in candlelight.

Day of the Dead in the Tequila Region

Across the Tequila region—Etzatlán, Magdalena, Tequila, and Amatitán—memory glows under thousands of candles and the air is rich with marigold. It’s not just a festival: it’s a meeting of two worlds. Pre-Hispanic offerings and Catholic tradition embrace to welcome, for one night, those we love. You roll in on your bike, volcano on the horizon, agaves by your side… and feel life and death in conversation—respectful, colorful, musical.
Where cycling becomes experience.

Why experience it here?

  • Living syncretism: altars, pan de muerto and papel picado alongside prayers, church bells and mariachi in story-filled towns.

  • Agaves & legend: ride blue-green rows over red earth while the journey to the Mictlán makes sense before candlelit altars.

  • Seasonal flavors: pan de muerto, atole, Jalisco cuisine and origin tequilas that honor this land.

  • Light & quiet: golden sunsets, illuminated cemeteries, families gathered— a ritual that invites you to celebrate life with humility.

What it means to Mexicans

Day of the Dead is identity and belonging. It’s the certainty that loved ones return home, guided by candlelight and marigold. It is family, memory, and community: we set the table for those who departed, share bread and songs, and affirm that love outlives time. Experiencing it in the Tequila region is witnessing that cultural heartbeat on every street.

What you take with you

  • Authentic memories: candlelight, flowers, laughter—moments that don’t need filters.

  • True connection: a cyclist community, local guides, and a pace designed to see, smell, taste, and understand.

  • Peace of mind: flawless logistics, total safety, and attention to detail.
