Availability and Modifications.
The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any product or experience from sale at its sole discretion, including changes in itineraries, dates, or services, when necessary to ensure participant safety, compliance with local regulations, or the maintenance of the quality standards that define B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ®.

Order Confirmation.
Once the Client has submitted the booking and payment, B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® will issue an Order Confirmation via email to the address provided by the Client. This confirmation serves as acknowledgment that the order has been received but does not constitute final acceptance.
The order will be considered accepted and binding only once B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® verifies availability and sends an Official Confirmation Email explicitly confirming the Client’s participation in the selected experience.
Acceptance and Availability.
By placing an order, the Client makes an offer to purchase the selected experience under these Terms and Conditions. B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of limited availability or incomplete information.

Participation in any experience is subject to the present Terms and Conditions and to confirmation by B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ®.
Prices.
All prices displayed on b2bxp.bike and on official invoices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per person, are based on double occupancy, and include applicable taxes. Please refer to the individual tour page for a detailed list of what is included and excluded in each experience.
Guests requesting a private room will be charged a Single Supplement, the amount of which varies by tour and is specified on each tour’s web page.
The “Price From” displayed for both Scheduled and Private Tours corresponds to a specific combination of tour, date, accommodation level, and group size. Actual prices may vary based on availability, customization, and travel dates.
No price adjustments or refunds will be granted for late arrivals, early departures, or for participants who choose not to ride or attend certain activities.
Written price quotes are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. After this period, quotes are subject to verification and potential repricing. All prices and quotes are subject to confirmation by B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® staff.

To reserve a tour or event, B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® requires a deposit of $750 USD per person for Scheduled Departures and a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD per person for Private Tours. Deposits are due at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total trip cost.
Final Payment.
Once your deposit is received and your reservation is confirmed and accepted by B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ®, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
-
Due Date: Final payment is required 30 days prior to departure for Scheduled and Private Tours.
-
For 2026 Departures: Final payment is required 45 days prior to departure due to extended logistics and partner reservation timelines.
Late Payment.
If the final balance is not received by the due date, B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® reserves the right to cancel the reservation. If a balance remains unpaid 10 days after the due date, the company may automatically charge the credit card on file and apply a $100 USD late-payment fee.
Payment Methods & Authorization.
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be completed by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) or wire transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.
If you request a refund and recharge to a different card, a 3% service fee per reservation will apply.
By paying with a credit card, you authorize B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® to charge the same card for any remaining or future payments according to the payment schedule. Additional services added after final payment will also be charged to the same card unless another payment method is arranged in advance.
If you wish to use a different form of payment, please contact us before the due date.
Your credit card payment and authorization signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy. Clients agree not to initiate improper or unjustified chargebacks.

The following situations constitute improper chargebacks and may be formally contested by B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ®:
-
Disputes arising from non-cancellable reservations, whether or not used by the Client.
-
Disputes resulting from charges authorized by third parties (e.g., family members, friends, or associates) who had access to the card.
-
Disputes based on misinterpretations of the product description when services were provided as confirmed.
-
Disputes related to force majeure events or circumstances beyond the company’s control.
-
Disputes arising from disagreement with the cancellation terms accepted at the time of booking.
After each confirmed booking or purchase made through the B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® website, the Client will receive an official confirmation email that includes the invoice and a detailed summary of the order, including tour name, dates, and selected options.
This confirmation serves as acknowledgment that the reservation has been successfully processed and recorded in our system.
Clients with an online account will also have access to their personal dashboard, where they may view their booking history, invoices, and any relevant information related to their upcoming tours or services.
For security reasons, it is the Client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all details listed in the confirmation and to contact B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® immediately if any discrepancy is identified.
Clients registering for B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® Experiences are hereby informed that each tour or event may require specific registration conditions depending on its nature, duration, level of difficulty, or logistics.
These requirements — which may include minimum age, physical fitness, experience level, or medical documentation — are detailed in the Rules and Regulations of each event and listed within the corresponding Event Information section on our website.
By completing registration, the Client confirms that they meet all applicable participation criteria and agree to comply with any additional documentation or verification requested by B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® prior to the event.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the registration without refund, in accordance with the event’s specific Terms and Conditions.
All B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® Experiences and Extra-Service packages — including, but not limited to, Clásicas de Otoño — are personal and strictly non-transferable. They cannot be reassigned, sold, gifted, exchanged, or deferred to a future year under any circumstances.
Each Experience, Extra-Service, or Pass is issued exclusively in the Client’s name and may be used only by that Client. For security and administrative purposes, identity verification will be systematically conducted during on-site registration at each event.
Any unauthorized use, resale, or attempted transfer of a B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® Experience, Extra-Service, or Pass will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund, compensation, or credit of any kind.
By completing a booking, Clients expressly acknowledge and accept these non-transferability conditions as part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® Experiences and Extra-Service packages — including Clásicas de Otoño — are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been received.
Cancellations, no-shows, or participant withdrawal for any reason — including but not limited to medical conditions, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or personal decisions — do not qualify for refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.
Each Client is strongly encouraged to obtain, at their own discretion and expense, comprehensive personal travel insurance covering risks such as trip cancellation, delay, interruption, medical emergencies, injury, or loss or damage to personal property arising from participation in a B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® Experience.
By completing a booking, the Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of this non-refundable condition, which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Optional Cancellation Insurance.
B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® may offer Clients an optional cancellation insurance policy through an independent third-party provider.
If the Client chooses to purchase this insurance, it is the Client’s responsibility to carefully review the provider’s specific Terms and Conditions prior to confirming payment.
Please note that cancellation insurance is not available for participants registered in Clásicas de Otoño events.

B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, or partial performance of its obligations arising from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such events include, but are not limited to: pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, governmental restrictions or regulations, or any other event rendering performance impracticable or impossible.

If rescheduling is not possible, Clients will receive a non-refundable Travel Credit equal to the amounts paid, which may be applied toward a future B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® Experience.
Under no circumstances shall B2B ᴄʏᴄʟɪɴɢ xᴘ® be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a force majeure event, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or costs incurred from independent travel arrangements.

Purpose (Object). The Lessor rents to the Lessee the bicycle identified at checkout (the “Bicycle”) and any safety items and/or accessories (the “Equipment”). The Lessee confirms the Bicycle and Equipment were received in acceptable condition. The Bicycle and Equipment specifications are detailed in the order summary or rental chart.
Duration. The rental is valid only for the rental period selected at checkout. At the end of the term, the Lessee must return the Bicycle and Equipment in the same condition as delivered by the Lessor, normal wear and tear excepted.
Delivery; Condition. The Bicycle and Equipment are delivered in proper working order and in good internal and external condition. Safety items and accessories are delivered in good condition.
Permitted Use. The Bicycle is for the Lessee’s personal use for cycling activities in tour modality. The Lessee may not sublease the Bicycle, allow third parties to use it, or use it for purposes other than the intended cycling activity.
Health & Care Declaration. The Lessee declares being in adequate health to ride a bicycle, capable of controlling the Bicycle and Equipment, and agrees to take all necessary precautions to protect the Bicycle and Equipment from damage, loss, or theft.
Liability; Hold Harmless. While the Bicycle is in the Lessee’s possession, the Lessee is responsible for: (a) any damage caused to third parties by the Bicycle; (b) any damage to property or to persons related to the use of the Bicycle; and (c) any traffic violations or penalties incurred while the Bicycle is in the Lessee’s possession. The Lessee agrees to hold harmless and waive liability of the Lessor for claims arising from the Lessee’s use of the Bicycle and Equipment.
Insurance (General Coverage and Exclusions). The Lessor may maintain general business insurance coverage (e.g., general liability) for its operations. Such coverage is intended to address certain third-party claims arising from the Lessor’s business activities, subject to policy terms, conditions, and exclusions. This insurance does not cover damage to rental bicycles occurring during use, including but not limited to crashes, misuse, improper handling, mechanical incidents resulting from rider operation, negligence, or any secondary damage caused by component failure while the Bicycle is in the Lessee’s possession (for example, derailleur failure causing damage to the frame). Any such damage must be addressed through repair or replacement as set out in these Terms.
Return; Damages. The Bicycle and Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, at the location indicated in the order summary or rental chart. The Lessee is liable for damage to the Bicycle and Equipment beyond normal wear and tear and authorizes the Lessor to deduct the cost of repair or replacement from the security deposit. If repair/replacement costs exceed the deposit, the remaining balance will be charged to the Lessee.
Security Deposit. The Lessee will provide a security deposit in the amount specified at checkout. If no damage, loss, or theft occurs, the deposit will be refunded upon return of the Bicycle and Equipment, subject to any applicable processing times and payment provider rules.
Personal Data. The parties agree to process personal data in accordance with applicable law. The Lessee authorizes the Lessor to send information related to this rental agreement, the Lessor’s service portfolio, and requirements related to the rented assets to the email address provided.
